Justina Glover, The Stylist

I’m Justina Glover, owner of The Doll House Hair Salon! I am originally from Los Angeles, and have been a stylist for over 10 years. Before relocating to Texas. My career began when I was 12 years old braiding hair for my teachers and schoolmates to help my family. When I became of age, I realized doing hair was my passion and the only thing that could get me up in the morning.

I went to cosmetology school, got my license, and begin working in salons with the who’s who of Los Angeles. During this time, I continued my education by learning the best techniques for weaving, braiding, silk press, cutting, custom coloring, and custom wig making.  As a hair stylist, I pride myself in caring for the health of your hair,and use professional products only.

Alexis, The Stylist

Alexis is a professional braider. I was born and raised in Chicago where I started braiding my own hair as a child. Due to necessity, I was self-taught. I relocated to Houston 9 years ago and began to take classes from some of the best braiders in the industry. My journey eventually lead me to The Doll House and started a mentorship. During the year and a half that I worked with Justina, I was like a sponge, soaking up all the knowledge that I could receive. The knowledge that I received put me in the perfect position to cater to my clients and execute the braiding styles my clients envision. I am able to provide my clients not just with neat and beautiful braids, but with techniques that will also keep their hair healthy.
